Vernonia School District is always looking for substitute teaching and classified positions such as custodial, food service and instructional assistants. To be a substitute teacher in the State of Oregon you must hold a valid teaching license through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission.
If you would like to sub for the Vernonia School District either in licensed or classified positions you are required to make application and become eligible through the Northwest Regional Education Service District (NWRESD). SUMMER WORK FOR STUDENTS
Vernonia School District is offering an opportunity for VHS students and recent graduates to apply for summer internship positions. There are openings for custodial/grounds work and greenhouse workers. Positions begin on July 5th.
